Applying for Temerity

Hello all. I'm Elindil, a Wood Elf Druid, and I would like to join Temerity, if you'll have me.<br /><br />Though I participated in the Mac EQ beta from the start, and have been actively playing since, I still consider myself relatively new to the world of EQ, and I feel that it is important that there is a strong support cast available that I can draw experience from in order to become a better player. Based on my experiences thus far with its members (such as Celestia, Aarlo, and Apul in particular), Temerity seems to be an ideal environment for that.<br /><br />I personally enjoy EQ for the social aspects - meeting, talking and grouping with other people - and that is primarily what I want out of a guild.<br /><br />Shortly after EQ Mac went live, I became a member of The Darkwood Society. Since then, however, they have diminished in stature and the sense of community that initially drew me in no longer exists, and I felt compelled to leave. I am hoping to find a new home with Temerity so that I can once again feel part of a closely knit community.<br /><br />I am looking forward to meeting and talking with as many of you as possible, so if you see me logged in, feel free to send me a tell... Hello all,<br /><br />I have been playing EQ Mac since beta, and I would love to join you if you would have me!<br /><br />I was a member of the guild Destiny but feeling like a Leper I left. Now I am in search of a guild with diversity (not just surrounding the strengthening of Rangers).<br /><br />I practice all major tradeskills although Tailoring is where I am most proficient (160). Hey all- I'm Mechaike, 35 wood elf druid. I'm still new to EQ (played a few times on a friend's pc), but have played since the full release on mac. I am interesting in joining Temerity.<br /><br />I've grouped with a few of you in my early days, and more recently with Apul, Celestia, and Elindil. Just last night I met a few more of you (please forgive me for forgetting your names in less than 24 hours).<br /><br />What drew me to apply was my experience with your guild a little while ago. I tagged along on a raid, and was frankly very impressed. The teamwork was, for lack of a better word, flawless. [Yes, I'm well aware that my nose is brown<img src="/forums/images/gpicons/face_wink.gif">] I watched an experienced team in action. And I knew right away that I wanted to play the same way. Also thanks to you all for the item you gave me!<br /><br />To be blunt, I lack experience. Temerity has a wealth of it, and can help me become a better player while having fun at the same time. This guild also has a large membership, all of whom communicate, another aspect that I appreciate. I hope that I can offer the same to all of you.<br /><br />You may have seen me in the past in The Darkwood Society. I joined in my teens, not even knowing what a guild was. But I liked the sense of community and the group of friends I came to know. Since then, both the membership and community have faded.
