Forum feature requests

Ok, I gave it a week...

Denuo, this forum UI sucks. Can we please get one that works a little better?

Features I'd like to see are:

- The ability to format text within a post (italic, bold, underline, etc.)
- Include urls and pictures in a post.
- An obvious differentiation between links and text on the forum pages. I hate randomly clicking on words and hoping that it will take me somewhere...
- Preview a post before you submit it.
- The ability to go to the first unread post in a thread. I hate having to scroll through tons of posts that I have already read, just to see the new post is a "me too" post.
- Fun stuff, like avatars and maybe a little space for us to keep some snapshots or a favorite UI mod.

There is no Link its a highlight. Picture had a typo on the link (damnit denuo when do we get Spell Check for source code

).

There is no secret several options are not available on certain Mac browsers (maybe none, appears to be a windows menu implementation) you have to do it in html code.

The Avatar is available by clicking on My Account and entering a URL under Thumbnail. I can host the link if you do not have a site available to you.

Agreed, that a more complete forum app would be nice, but that would mean having two separate websites since this is an all-in-one guild site system.

In the meantime, in the account prefs section you can indicate whether you want to enable HTML in your posts. (disable the WYSIWYG editor) Links and everything work fine if you code in HTML. For instance, my name in my sig is a link.
