RE: An unrecoverable error has occured, and Everquest cannot continue

I get this message if i forget to turn off my Extensis Suitcase program. Or any program for that matter. Dunno your set up, but if any programs are running and EQ starts up. Problems may occur. And Extensis throws EQ in to all sorts of hellish problems.

Try running Disk Utility and repair your premissions.

When i do start EQ with Extensis on, i get this message and most of the time have to restart my mac. Then turn off Extensis (i have it set up to automatic start up) and try EQ again.

God Suitcase has got to be the biggest pain in the ass. I have never encountered a more problem plaqued application in my life ( excluding windows ). I think everyone using it still keeps hoping they can recreate the stability it once had in version 3.

Combine Quark 6 and Suitcase and 2 hours of work become a whole day.

Really?

I have no problems with suitcase X at my home mac at all. But then again i dont use Quark at home anymore.

At work i use Suitcase X with Quark 5 in classic, and i still have no problems with suitcase at all. But Quark does drive me insane with cash after crash ect... Wish my boss would go to InDesign. *sigh*
